Gov Ayade, Ebele Enemchukwu & others headline VIP Edition of Carnival Dry Run

Governor Ben Ayade of Cross Rivers State, Cross River State Deputy Governor, Professor Ivara Esu, Mrs UN Tourism & Founder of Wabio Foundation, Mrs Ebele Enemchukwu, , Representative of the Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism/Head of Service of the Federation, Grace Isu Gekpe, Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Director General, National Council for Arts and Culture, Otunba Segun Runsewe, and (Secretary to State Government, Tina Bankorr Agbor at the VIP Edition of 2017 Carnival Calabar 1st Dry Run in Calabar.

At the dry run of the event tagged “Africa’s Biggest Street Party”, Lai Mohammed said “I urge you to use this platform to promote Nigerian fabrics. Source for your products within Nigeria, patronize the producers to empower them”

While commending the government and people of Cross River for sustaining the yearly event, which he acknowledged has made the nation proud, the Minister added that “I congratulate because you have done well. What you are going to see in December will be far better than that of last year, he added.
